The morning after

The weekend began well. Last night itself, actually.

With good company, great conversation and some biryani. And then a late night show. We watched Shaitan. I thought it was a brilliant story, shot really well. That it was gory and disturbing in bits, I cant deny, but, I think it portrayed a truth about the under belly of many Indian societies that we’re unaware of. And sometimes choose to be ignorant about. Stark, gut wrenching, and very real.

But this, is the highlight of the weekend so far. The view outside, the first thing I set my eyes on:

Somehow, I just know the weekend is going to be blissful.
